How buying works
- Sign in, click your plan (top right) and choose Buy by card. The plan turns on within seconds.
- Card checkout is being set up. Until then, email us and we'll send you a payment link or an invoice.
- Free trials: 7 days for Team, 1 day for Enterprise. A card is needed to start one, and the first monthly payment is taken when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Plans renew every month until you cancel. Cancel any time from your Paddle receipt email or by writing to us; the plan runs to the end of the paid month.
- Full refund within 14 days of your first payment: see the Refund Policy.
- Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which also handles sales tax and VAT.
What you need
- A Windows PC that can reach your switch (bank network or VPN) for SwitchProof for Windows. Java is included; no admin rights needed.
- For money checks: read-only access to the bank's FLEXCUBE database, and Oracle's JDBC driver (usually already on PCs with the Oracle client).
